Several years ago when my grandmother remarried, she and her husband did what retirees typically do: they went and out spent a bunch of money on a brand new RV so they could go out and discover America.
Age and bad health sidelined them both just a few short years later, and they were left with an RV they still owed payments on, one that was going to sit in their driveway unused. It was in beautiful condition and bigger than some apartments I’ve lived in.
